Spacious, sunlit, and charming home in East Palo Alto with the master room ($1,600 per month) and/or the single room ($1,150 per month) available APRIL 1st.
Our roommates will be moving out and we are looking for new roommates to join our community. In total, there will be four of us young professionals in our late 20s and 30s living in the space, togehter with two friendly cats.
The house is huge (and affordable)! The first floor includes the following: living room with fireplace, open kitchen, half bathroom, garage, backyard, garden, and office space for a desk with your name on it. The second floor includes the following: 1 master bedroom, 3 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. The house has a driveway with ample storage space and room for 2 cars, and there is always street parking available in front as well. Joel Davis Park is at the end of the street and has a green space and outdoor workout area. Within a 2 min drive/10 min walk is Target, Starbucks, Home Depot, and Ikea. Stanford campus is a 15 min drive and easily bikeable. Access to Highway 101 is seamless and about a 45 minute drive to San Francisco.
There will be 2 bedrooms available to choose from. The master bedroom ($1,600) is huge with lots of sunlight. There is space for a queen bed, nightstands, desk, dresser, coffee table, couch, etc. The room includes its on private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, and a huge walk-in closet.
The single bedroom ($1,150) easily fits a queen bed, nightstands, and a dresser. It includes a walk-in closet. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 other {hygienic} roommates. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower with glass doors, and a bathtub.
We are looking for responsible, respectful, and friendly roommates who are committed to a long-term, consistent housing agreement (at least 1 year), that will be respectful and reliable with the cats (closing doors etc).
