We're offering a large, sunny master bedroom in our house in Palo Alto, just 5 minutes from California Avenue.

- first available for 2 months (with potential opportunity to move in long-term)
- rent is currently $2,008/month + utilities (bi-monthly cleaner, wifi, gas, electricity)
- room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom and balcony
- house has a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a sunny porch and garden for BBQs, laundry and dryer in the building
- 10 minutes from campus by bike, 5 minutes from Cal Ave, convenient grocery options (Safeway) close by
- roommates are a mix of grad students, Pre- and Post-Docs (2 male/2 female)
We enjoy cooking, hanging out, and going out together but also love having our personal space. We'd like to keep the spirit that way and are looking for a roommate to match that :)
