My name is Raúl, and I am a Spanish Aerospace Engineering PhD student preparing to embark on a research stay at Stanford University. I am looking to rent a place during my upcoming working period, which is scheduled from May 1st to July 31st, spanning three months. However, I plan to arrive in the area on April 25th and depart on July 30th. I hope this fits in your plans.

Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a reputation for being quiet, organized, and respectful of shared living spaces. Over the past decade of my university studies, I have become accustomed to cohabiting with others. Moreover, my experiences living abroad in countries such as the UK, Japan, and Italy have endowed me with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the ability to adapt to new environments seamlessly.

During my stay at Stanford, I will primarily be working at the Civil and Environmental department within the university. Additionally, I am an avid sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about soccer, and enjoy socializing with others and developing a healthy lifestyle. I believe in fostering a harmonious living environment and am eager to get to know my prospective flatmates better.

If you require any further information or would like to discuss details, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am more than willing to provide additional details and start building a rapport with you and any potential flatmates.

Thank you very much for considering my inquiry. I look forward to the possibility of renting from you and creating a comfortable living arrangement during my time at Stanford University.

Warm regards,

Raúl
