Land Acquisition Manager - Northern California
City Ventures is seeking a motivated Land Acquisition Manager for the Northern California Team. This role is perfect for a self-starter aiming to secure new land acquisition opportunities in the Bay Area for residential projects development.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, urban planning, real estate development or related field
- Real estate acquisition or development experience
- Strong knowledge of land use and real estate development
- Proficiency in Excel and financial pro forma analysis
- Organizational skills, strong writing, and great interpersonal skills
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Land acquisition research and feasibility analysis
- Scope, target, and map land opportunities
- Interface with property owners, city officials, and real estate brokers
- Proforma underwriting, negotiations, and creative problem solving
- Initiate and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and city development staff
- Participate in due diligence and project entitlement activities
Compensation
Salary ranges from $90,000 - $135,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement for workday travel. Bonus potential of 20%.
