Moonchain.com is searching for a proficient Ethereum Support Engineer specializing in zkEVM Layer3 chain technology. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to engage with the Ethereum community, coupled with a strong command of Solidity and navigating Postgres databases. Experience with Docker, scripting, and cloud services like AWS is highly advantageous.
Your Mission
- Provide ongoing technical support to Ethereum community members
- Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders including sales, development, and management
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently within the Ethereum ecosystem
- Contribute to documentation by adding issues and solutions, and enhancing documentation as necessary
- Execute SQL queries to verify user information within Ethereum applications
- Collaborate with DevOps team as required
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in the Ethereum ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, web3.js, and IPFS
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging Ethereum technologies
