We're searching for two roommates in a modern 3 bedroom house located 1 block (2 minute walk) from University Avenue, Palo Alto restaurants and cafes.
Duration: 3-9 months, April 1 2024 onwards
Price: $2500/room (with balcony/terrace)
House description: Large 2 story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a nice yard (with an orange, lemon and other trees) and three parkings. All three rooms are on the 2nd floor and the ground floor has a large, modern and spacious living room, with a large TV. Each room also is equipped with a 50 inch new TV. In-house laundry and newly installed heating and central air conditioning system.
Rooms: We have two rooms available, with 1.5 baths available separately or together.
People: The Master bedroom and bath would be occupied by a small family:
Husband - co-founder of AI education startup by Stanford alums.
Wife: artist and cook, exploring a new startup in art!
11 year old daughter, going to 6th grade in fall! (talented dancer)
Interests: Golf, cooking Indian food, wine/movie nights, art making, and occasional weekend getaways.
