We are looking for someone to move in within the window of 5/26/24 - 6/1/24 A long-term tenant who can stay at least a year is strongly preferred. Two other female housemates are a Stanford grad & engineer, and an architect.

Utilities: (PG&E, Water, Waste collection, Internet): $100 - $200 per month depending on season.
