Your internship, which would turn into a paid gig once we negotiate the contract, would be to administer LaughMD iPads to the patients at Stanford's own hospice care center. You'd encourage people to use it, give low-level tech support, and conduct groups where patients (and providers) and share their favorite videos and laugh together. Because laughter has been documented in 405 different studies to have healing effects!
If this works, you can then be our director at more of Stamford's healthcare facilities, so the sky's the limit on compensation once this picks up. We're currently applying for medical billing.
