Hi, I will be away for the entire summer and I am thus subletting my EV studio on campus (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios). I live in Studio 1, which is located in Escondido Village. The location is quite convenient since it's about 10 minutes of walk away from the main quad and 10 minutes of bike away from the nearest Trader Joe's.
I have no roommates. My appartment is furnished and you are welcome to use my kitchenware. Other items will be stored away, but we can discuss anything else you might wanna use.
The sublet period will be between June 9 and August 31, with a potential extension until September 14 if you are eligible (Stanford students are for example). The rent is 1880$/month with a 1000$ security deposit. I would prefer someone needing the entire period, but do contact me if you need less than that in case I can't find somebody for the full time period.
