I am subleasing my Stanford Studio on Campus for this upcoming Summer. This bright and cozy studio features a private bathroom, own kitchen, queen bed with orthopedic mattress, couch, access to laundry room, WIFI, AC, dishwasher and utilities included. You will have access to my personal belongings (golf clubs, soccer/basket ball, tennis rackets plus many good books for your sparse time).
The subleasing period would run from June 19 to Sep 19 (a 3-month contract), and the monthly rent is $1880 + Technology Fees ($78). Stanford monthly rate. It could be possible an early move-in.I will ask for a deposit $1000 (Just to make sure you will take care of the place) plus one time cleaning fees ($150).
