Fully furnished and full kitchen of wares that you are free to use. My roommate will continue to live there and she is very friendly and neat. Right on campus with easy access to public transit as well as stores. Bike friendly with cheap parking nearby.
All utilities/wifi are included.
Our area tends to be pretty quiet as we are on the top floor and do not have noisy neighbors.
Leasing dates are somewhat flexible.
