1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is available for rent stating this July, 1st 2024. We loved living here and the apartment complex management is great and super responsive but we are moving out due to work related relocations.

* They do require a 1-year lease and then you will go on a month-by-month lease.

* Rent is 2500$/month (firm price/non-negotiable).

* You have the option to take over the remainder of my lease which is the 3 months of July-Aug-Sept of 2024 as well if that what you are looking for instead of signing your own 1 year lease.

Please read the description carefully as I tried to be as detailed as possible so you have all the information before contacting me to connect you with the landlord.

# Renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Hard floor. Stainless steel appliances. Does not come with a microwave though

# Unfurnished (Pics had our current furniture).

# One covered parking spot reserved to you. Additional street parking is free.

# Very close to Stanford Hospital (12 to 22 mins drive to Stanford hospital at 7 AM weekdays (4.0 miles) and 8 to 12 mins to the VA Palo Alto Hospital (2.6 miles). You can bike as well ;15 mins to the VA and ~22 mins to Stanford). Located at Curtner Ave, a side street off El Camino real

# Landlord is responsive to maintenance request whether small or big and you do not have to worry about anything

# Small washer and dryer in unit and there is a shared larger washer and dryer- as some other units are not renovated yet and do not have washer/dryer in unit

# RENT is 2,500 $, which is at the lowest end of the spectrum for this location, size, and features! It includes water, and trash but not electricity, gas or sewage. The building has a pool but no club house or gym.

# Deposit is 1,000$.

#Small wall unit AC in the bedroom and furnace heater in the living room.

I attached some pictures. Let me know if you have any questions and if you want to move forward after that to connect you with my landlord as they need to approve your application (email: muneer@stanford.edu). They are looking for a good credit score (>/=700), rental history, income, and no criminal history. Overall, Stanford affiliates are desired.

Thank You,

Mohamed
