Upscale, medical esthetics and women's wellness practice is seeking an upbeat, detail oriented Medical Assistant. Prior medical office, medi-spa and/or sales experience preferred. Must have excellent written, oral and communication skills, be familiar with basics of social media posting and must have superior time management and problem solving skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and outlook, as well as EMR systems. Candidate will be expected to assist with patient care, treatments, refills, keeping track of inventory, supplies , medical samples, and patient data bases. Must be comfortable working with computers, iPads, and laptops. Additional duties include but are not limited to scheduling patients , filling refills, and delivering excellent customer service skills. The MA will also educate current and new potential patients about the services we offer.
