My partner and I, both PhD students, are looking for a 2-bed apartment, ideally in the College Terrace area or near Cal Ave. If you like your apartment and are planning to move out in the next few months, (and if you have time to respond to this post), we'd love any leads!
We are hoping to move in August, but would be willing to sign a lease for a sooner start date (for the right place + if we're allowed to sublet).
