I am looking for someone who can sign a 1yr lease. $1,600. Utilities cost $75-100/person each month (more during the winter when we use the heater).
(*) some furniture might be available, to be discussed with my current roommate.
The current roommate is a Stanford Research Scientist in the Physics Department (she is building telescopes for Tibet and the South Pole). She is Italian, cooks amazing pasta and Italian food, plays table-tennis, writes poetries in four languages and is very clean/respectful. She is fully covid vaccinated + boosted. No pets, no drugs, no smoke, no live-in partners please. Feel free to reach out if you would like more info / a video tour. Cheers, Maria!
