I am a first-year History PhD student at Stanford. I will be traveling for the summer. I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment from June 17 to September 1 (dates negotiable).
We are in a 4th floor, Premium Double, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in EVGR Building C.
My suitemate, Richard, is a queer, cis man. He is a busy Chemistry PhD student who will be working and living on campus throughout the summer. He’s super friendly and clean. He won’t be at home often, so this apartment is ideal for working remotely from home.
We each have our own bedroom and bathroom. We share a kitchen and living room.

high-speed internet connection (included in rent and available throughout campus)
robust ventilation system (stanford’s version of AC, happy to explain more! our bedrooms stay cool even in hot temperatures)
free laundry on every floor
