Camp Kesem at Stanford is seeking 2 nurses and 1 Mental Health Professional to help staff our summer camp between June 17-22. We are a student-run nonprofit organization dedicated toward providing a free, week-long summer camp and year-round community for children affected by a parent's cancer. Our camp focuses on offering a safe, fun environment for kids to be kids again and find companionship with others who immediately understand their home circumstances.
Nurses must be Nurse Practitioner, RN or LPN/LVN (LVN qualification varies by state) and must hold a license (or temporary license) to practice in the state in which camp is held. Mental Health professionals must have a Master’s in psychology, social work, or a related field. All staff should be available for the entirety of camp and remain on camp grounds the length of the session.
