The renting will be month by month after three months. Professional, student, internship and male will be preferred.
No parking space in the property of the house. If you need parking, we need buy parking ticket to park your car on street. The city does not allow the car park on the street from 2-5 AM. It will cost $2/ each night for the car parking on street. I would pay half $30. You will pay half.
The house is near Facebook. There are two buses (DB and 281) to Palo Alto and Stanford University.
