Looking to fill 1 room in 2bd/1bath in Potrero Hill starting July 1 (close to caltrain, garage spot option, good for commuting to south bay)
My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room for a year-long lease starting July 1. Looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate, and communicative!
More details:
* Spacious master bedroom (currently fits a queen bed, large standing desk, vanity, nightstand, etc. with ample closet space)
* Located by Jackson Park in Potrero Hill. Close to many bus lines (22, 55, 19), the 22nd caltrain station, a Whole Foods, tech company shuttle stops, and one of the first exits into the city (so no sitting in city traffic!)
* In-building laundry (only 3 other units in building)
* Large kitchen, modern appliances including dishwasher and ton of storage space
* Large living room/dining area that is already furnished, plus gets a ton of natural light
* $2225/mo + utilities of $60/mo on average
* Option to have in-building parking spot for $175/mo. Alternatively, street parking is very safe and easy, which many of the building residents choose too
* Additional storage in building for bulky items like suitcases, skis, or a bike
* A nice shared patio/backyard area for the building
