We’re looking for a roommate to move into a master bedroom in a three-bed, three-bath apartment on/before May 6th. Interested? Read on:
THE APARTMENT:
We are conveniently situated on the border of the Mission and Potrero Hill. There are bus stops and various shops/restaurants/conveniences within walking distance. BART is only a short bus ride away plus we’re also a short drive away from the Caltrain (22nd Street station) and Highway 101.
Our third-floor apartment is truly a breathtaking space, complete with modern-day essentials (dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer), a large kitchen and common area, lots of natural light, and a rooftop patio with the most incredible view of San Francisco.
THE ROOM:
The master bedroom (248 sq. ft) is spacious with ample storage (two closets, including a large walk-in closet), a private ensuite bathroom, multiple windows, and a small balcony with stunning views of the city and Bernal Heights. Note that the bedroom will come unfurnished.
THE BASICS:
We are looking for someone to move in on (or before) May 6th.

MONTHLY COSTS:
Rent: $2,100/month
Internet: ~$25/month
Gas/Electricity (PG&E): varies, usually $80-100/month
Water, garbage included in monthly rent
Apartment cleaners: $74/every three weeks
[OPTIONAL] Available parking spot in the garage: $300/month
ONE-TIME COSTS:
Application/background check fee (non-refundable): $40
Security Deposit (refundable, 1.5x rent): $3,150

James: I’m 34 years old and currently work as a project manager at an architecture firm in San Francisco. In my spare time, I love working out on my Peloton, checking out local bars/clubs/restaurants, going to shows/concerts, and traveling the world (among other things!) I’m hoping to find a roommate who is clean, conscientious, mature, and just a great person to be around!
Sukhraj: I’m 30 y/o. I work from home for a education non-profit in project management and operations. I was born and raised in Sacramento and went to UC Berkeley for undergrad. I’m into working out, dancing, biking, listening to music, clubbing, shopping, bar hopping, going to concerts/festivals/live music, supporting local and famous drag artists, and just exploring different parts of the city I’m in. At home I prefer clean shared spaces and enjoy being social + building community, but also enjoy being alone and recharging my introverted side.
We’re hoping to find a LGBT-friendly roommate who is open to joining our small community!
