Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Stanford West apartment, as I will be moving for fellowship at the end of June.

This modern apartment has been absolutely incredible to live in during my time as a Stanford resident, with the highlight being its location right across the street to the hospital (approximately 5 to 8 minute walk or 1-3 minute bike ride in, depending on the traffic light!).

The apartment was renovated right before I moved in (May 2022), has an in unit washer and dryer, brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, and hardwood floors throughout (with the exception of carpeted bedrooms). There is both air conditioning and heat. Stanford West Apartments includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, grills, and a very nice 24/7 gym that are all included with the unit (and a super short walk).

We currently pay $2,180 per month each, plus utilities (about $100 per month per person including water, gas, sewage, wifi). The living room and dining area are fully furnished and I can potentially sell you my bedroom furniture at a discount if you are interested. There is a Peloton you are welcome to use. Parking is free.

I am moving out at the end of June (approximately June 24) so you could move in at any time after. The lease would be a 1-year lease extending to the end of June 2025. Your housemate would be a female rising PGY-5 radiology resident (my twin sister!) who is easy going, clean, loves to go on runs, bike, and hike.

Attached are a few pictures of the apartment and my room (with the furniture that can be yours). This site limits me to 4 photos, so please email me if you are interested and would like to see more pictures or have any questions!

Best,
Shelby
