A private, furnished bedroom is available in a vintage 4bedroom / 2bath Palo Alto house. It’s a month-to-month sublease available starting May 15th.
Current housemates are two women - one is a recent grad working in biotech (living here only part time) and the other is an ex-academic now working as a research consultant - along with one shy, fluffy, adult cat who enjoys harassing the local squirrels during her daily backyard excursions. The vibe of the house is that we are friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a very quiet, non-partying, respectful home with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone friendly and responsible who also values and independently keeps very high cleanliness standards.

+ Room measures 10' by 13' plus a walk-in closet and hardwood floors
+ Furnished with a queen bed frame/mattress, new mattress cover, dresser, wall mirror, desk/chair, night stand/lamp, shelving unit
+ Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood near Miller Ave and Del Medio Ave (border of Palo Alto and Mountain View)
+ 4.5 miles to Stanford/downtown Palo Alto (with a flat residential bike route), 2.5 miles to Google's Mountain View campus
+ 10 min walk to CalTrain station (San Antonio)
+ Three blocks from San Antonio Shopping Center with Safeway, Trader Joe’s, etc.
+ Kitchen includes your own dedicated fridge/freezer/cabinet spaces
+ Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster oven, shared pots, plates, silverware, etc.
+ Bathroom includes your own dedicated shelving, towel rack, shower bin
+ Bathroom is shared with two housemates and has a rotating cleaning schedule
