Hi my name is Mae. I am looking to fill a room in a spacious downtown home. You would have a postdoc(F27) and someone who is retired (M40) early as your roommates. There is also a hypoallergenic dog, who serves as a service dog. The house would be available May 1st and continue till August 31st 2024, can be from May 1st to May 31st, or can be extended to August 2025. The chance for extending the lease is fully available.
Rent is $1650
You would live upstairs, which is shared with the postdoc. You have a kitchenette, a back porch, a shared bathroom, a living space all just on the second floor. The housemates love to get together to watch movies, cook and travel. The downstairs is also full access. There is plenty of room for hanging outside with a beautiful front porch and a gardening in the back yard. If that isn't enough there is a park only a few steps away from the house.
