I'm a female college student looking for single occupancy near Menlo Park/Stanford/Palo Alto this summer. I plan to take the lease from late May/early June until late August and I'm flexible around the dates. I consider myself a clean, friendly and respectful person who always keeps cleanliness and tranquility in a living space to the highest standard. I also don't smoke, drink, party or have pets.
My budget is around $1k5 or less, and I'm looking for a room or sublet in a shared house/apartment, though I'm also open to other arrangements. I'd prefer to live in an all-female or all-gender household, and ideally the place is within walking/biking distance (<10 min) to a Caltrain station or downtown Menlo Park because I don't drive.
