I am subletting my room in a house of 4 other ladies for flexible dates from 05/05-07/01.
$1275/mo. Utilities $60-90/mo. Can prorate with flexible dates. All Stanford affiliates.
The place:
Located in midtown Palo Alto. 15-25 min bike ride from campus, close to Safeway, 101, Cal Ave, and 10 min from a lovely hiking/gravel trail on the bay lands.
The room will be completely furnished with queen bed, side table, lamp, bookshelves etc. And whatever you may need, we can discuss! You will have access to a large desk in a separate well-lit office space. You would share a bathroom with one housemate.
We have a huge kitchen, living room, separate office space, 2 fridges, a second smaller kitchen, and a large backyard with fig, peach, and lemon trees!
The other ladies: A mid-stage PhD student, a postdoc, a medical resident, and a GSB/medical student all at Stanford. We work mostly on campus, are quiet, clean, and respectful of each other with a variety of outdoors and musical interests. We are looking for a sublet who would jive with the group! There is also a cat that has been living there and in the room for sublet. TBD if said cat will be there during sublet.
