Room: Studio is preferred, 1B1B and 2B2B are acceptable.
Lease: One year is preferred, short-term lease Starting from May is acceptable (so that I can get a place to stay first and look for a long-term stay)
Distance: Walking distance to SU is preferred, cycling or driving distance is also acceptable.
