Microwave and refrigerator provided in room. (I'll pass you a hearty dinner occasionally!)
New quilt and mattress. Linen provided.

Shopping center with Starbucks, upscale market, bagel shop, Chinese restaurant, etcetera 2 walking blocks away
So also, Laundromat 2 short blocks away.

If you are a busy person, on campus a lot, like your privacy in a rustic green setting when you are home, then this is the place.
(If you want company when you're home, cooking in a kitchen, then not, Young people coming to this glorious area for a couple of months explore the area, go to SF, etc. A lot can be done with a microwave and a refrigerator plus most companies and Stanford offer food).
