The building (and particularly my room facing West) is much cooler than the outside temperature, thus making AC unnecessary even when it's 95°F/35°C. Lyman is only a 5-minute bike ride to the quad, a 3-minute walk to the shuttle station, and particularly close to the science quad and the med school. It is very quiet with a lounge, a video game room, and a study/computer room in the public area. The apartment and my room are clean and furnished.
