Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our lovely house in Midtown Palo Alto starting June 1st.
We are three women - one Stanford graduate student, one software engineer, and one UX researcher working in the area. We’re looking for an easy-going, friendly, considerate female-identifying roommate to join us. The room will be unfurnished, but the common spaces are furnished. The rent is $1477.49 (not including utilities). You’d be sharing a bathroom with two other folks.
The house is 4bed 2ba one-level with floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of natural light, and has an additional room that we occasionally use as a guest room or for extra storage. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, and spacious fridge. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and central heating. There is ample free curbside parking, a driveway, and garage.
The house is located in a residential area with easy access to Highway 101. It is a short drive or bike ride to Stanford campus (4mi) and Google (3mi). Safeway, CVS, and Teaspoon are nearby (<0.8 mi).
The lease specifies no smoking or pets. Our landlords are kind and responsive. We will prioritize long-term renters.
