I'm a current PhD student subleasing my premium studio in EVGR for $2400/month. Sublease can begin as soon as June 13 until August 31, at the end of the summer quarter. Please reach out if you're interested and we can schedule a Zoom or in-person meeting so that you can see the space! You'll have access to my cleaning supplies, personal microwave, on floor laundry and garbage disposal/recycling, fitness room, etc. The apartment is within a 3 min walking distance to the free Marguerite Shuttle which can take you directly to the Palo Alto Transit Center to catch the CalTrain. I'm hoping to sublease to someone who's pretty tidy and doesn't expect to host many overnight guests (besides family).
