I'm moving out of my room in a 5 bedroom house towards on 21st June. The room is quite large, with lots of storage & wardrobe space. You share a bathroom with two women, the kitchen is large and fully equipped, we also have a big living room and backyard, and a garage for storage. The other people living in the house are all in their mid-20s and Stanford affiliated/working in the area.
The rent is $1160 + utilities & wifi (typically between 50-120 per person). Ideally, I'd like to pass on the room furnished since I am moving out of the country, but we can discuss what furniture you'd like to keep/price; the only thing not included is the bed frame since it is kind of broken (I'll get rid of it when I move out).
The area is super nice & residential, there are two parks nearby (Mitchell Park and Robles Park), a supermarket in walking distance, and a larger shopping area 10 min by bike. It's ca. 20 min biking to Stanford campus, and 10 min biking to the nearest Caltrain Station (Calave).
Preferably looking for another woman!
