We are looking for help with some day-of coordination for our casual wedding reception on June 16th in San Francisco. If you love weddings/ parties, this could be your in for getting started with event coordination!
Responsibilities would include:
Setting up decorations at the venue (e.g., flowers, signs)
Setting up appetizer and dessert table
Re-arranging furniture in venue space (light lifting, not heavy)
Receiving vendors at the venue (bartender, caterers) and directing them to where they should set up
Helping move dirty plates / cups to the garbage (not responsible for washing dishes)
Packing up decorations and extra food at the end of the event to send home with designated family members
The hours would be 11:30am to 7pm on Sunday, June 16th. We would pay $30 an hour ($225 total for the event), and lunch + extra food to take home would be included, along with a 30 minute break time. We would set up a call for the week before the event to go over all details and instructions so you are prepared.
