I am a female researcher at Stanford and looking female roommate for a room in a beautiful 2B2B apartment (FOR A YEAR-LEASE CONTRACT ONLY). Moving date is on June 21st.
I am extending the lease for the two 2B2B apartment that I have lived in the past year and loved so much. My roommate is leaving the town and I need a roommate who has a good credit score (more than 700) to sign the lease for a year. The apartment is in the center of Menlo Park, 2 mins walking distance to the Menlo Park Train station. Apartment is very spacious and get a lot of sunlight.
About me:
I prefer keeping the common areas super clean & tidy.
I am a clean, respectful, and friendly person and I would like to have such a roommate.
The rent will be around $1500-1600 with the utilities for unfurnished room. Please let me know if you need furnished room, I can provide you with that, too.
You will have your:
Own bedroom with lots of sunlight
Laundry in complex
Street parking ($150 per year),
Private Bathroom inside the room
Walk-in closet
Dishwasher
Large dining area attached to the living room
A nice balcony attached to the living room
Please message me by mentioning about yourself (how old are you, what do you do for work/school, credit score, furnished/unfurnished option etc) if you are interested and apply for the extension of the lease in the next couple weeks if you like the place.
Furnished or unfurnished options are available. No party, ne smoking, no noise. If you would like to keep the furniture from my roommate, she is considering to sell her furniture.

12 months lease agreement: required
Deposit: 1,5 rent
Currently I am travelling and gathering the applications and we can schedule a tour to the apartment starting from next tuesday if we agreed on the terms.
