Honest refillable butane jet-flame torch. I really like these. Useful for cooking, candle/incense/smudge stick lighting, and yes I suppose cigars as the posting says, but we do not endorse that practice. retails for $18 for a pack of 2 (https://www.amazon.com/Lighter-Windproof-Refillable-Suitable-Decoration/dp/B08GM3JVXW/) We're selling it for $5
It still has plenty of butane, but we could try filling it up (though the instructions DO say to NOT do that until it's empty… /shrug
