We're looking for a subletter for our Menlo Park home (Willows neighborhood), a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, June 16 to August 16, 2024 (end date slightly flexible).
Situated a few blocks from Willow Market, 10 minutes walking from downtown Palo Alto, and a 10-minute drive (15 by bike) to Stanford, the location offers a pleasant blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. The house comes fully furnished, including high-speed internet, 2 televisions, a few computer monitors available for use, heating (no AC), washer/dryer, 2 queen beds, one twin, and one double-twin (i.e., king size) day bed. Families are welcome to use our kids’ (ages 6 to 14) toys, games, bicycles, and trampoline (with caution). While we will be reserving the garage for storage, we'll ensure that bicycles and other essential outdoor gear remain accessible for use. We are also open to lending our minivan.
We're hoping to find someone who will enjoy this home for all of the same reasons we do. The neighborhood is super quiet while also being convenient to all of the major local hubs, as well as to San Francisco and San Jose on the freeway. Our kids love the yard, especially the trampoline and basketball hoop, and appreciate having their own spaces within the 4 bedrooms.
This home would be great for a small family with 2-4 kids.

The $6600/month rent is exactly what we pay the landlord, but we will also include utilities in this amount if you ask nicely. :)
