It very fit for the couple and child to live. Another roommate is a mom with her lovely 6 years old boy who goes to school during the daytime and go to bed before 10 pm. Very routine life. This mom and her boy are living in one guest room. You and your friend can live in the master room and another guest room.
The house is just next to the campus. 10 mins walk to Hoove Tower. #22 bus is just out of the house. Stanford shuttle is 5 mints walking distance. Two grocery stores are five mints around.
Rent is $2750+150 utilities.
Luxury furnitured: Two Queen size beds, desks，walk-in closet，kitchen utensils，TV，lovely garden～
Females and mom(with one child) is priority. (quiet, clean, no smoking, no pet, no too much parties)
