We're a group of GSB students subletting our house for the summer. This is one of the newest and nicest houses in the GSB "passdown system". 5BR/4BA. All furniture nearly brand new -- just one year old!
We currently have 2 bedrooms left available for the summer. Both are private bedrooms with shared bathrooms (shared with one other person)
Rooms come fully furnished and are move in ready! The other tenants are quiet students or working professionals.
Available June 21 - Sept 21. We will prioritize tenants who want to sublet for longer periods of time.
