Hi! I am a female, graduating Stanford student who will be starting a Research affiliate position at Stanford Medical School and am seeking a one-year lease from end of June/at latest July 1st through July 2025. I am a non-smoker and do not own any pets and ensure cleanliness in all housing facilities especially shared spaces. Currently looking for a unit preferably with a private bathroom or at least a 2BD/1B that I can share with another peer working in research on campus. Thank you!
