We have two spacious bedrooms available in a 3B/1BA apartment near downtown Palo Alto! We have in-unit laundry and the rooms are furnished. We're very close to University Ave, about a 10-minute walk from the PA train station and ~15 minutes by bike from the Stanford campus.
The first room (photo #1) is 1.450$/ month (excluding utilities) and it's available starting mid June or July 1.
The second room (photo #2) is 1.372$/ month (excluding utilities) and it's available starting mid August.
Of the three of us who currently live here, one is staying – she is Stanford staff and in her mid 20s. The other two of us (also Stanford affiliates) are leaving California, so we're looking for people to take over our rooms!
