I'm a female Stanford employee and I have a master bedroom with attached private bathroom available for rent at my 2b/2b apartment in Menlo Park. It is close to the Caltrain station. It is available for single occupancy and smoking is not allowed. I have a cat living with me there. The unit is on the second floor with no one above us. There is a laundry room outside the unit, shared with the other units in the building. There is a wall-unit AC in the living room. The room is $2000 per month, which includes water, gas, electric, garbage, and sewer.
