Currently, we have only one room left in our beautiful Palo Alto house. It's a large room with a private bathroom and its own entrance. I've attached photos below.
The price is $2.4K per month, and we are looking for a subletter who will take it for up to 3 months (June 21 - Sept 21). Utilities are expected to be an additional $100 per month per person (likely a bit less but we are being conservative).
All furniture you see in the bedroom photo will be in the room -- it will be entirely move-in ready (except for bed sheets). The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, as are all the common areas. Everything is move-in ready.
The other tenants are all quiet, clean, and respectful. Most are graduate students who are at Stanford to do research over the summer or are interning in tech in the South Bay. We are looking for a final tenant who will treat the house with respect and be a good roommate to the other subletters.
There is room in the driveway for three cars, and ample street parking available. You should check out the address on google street view -- it's a beautiful, quiet street, so you'll have no issue parking.
Washer and dryer are brand new and are in a separate laundry room.
