Hey everyone!
I am a Stanford graduate student looking for a housemate to take a room in a 2B/1B near Stanford campus.
The apartment is in Redwood City and is approximately 15-20 min away from Stanford Campus. There is a lovely backyard and in-unit washer and dryer. The neighbors are quiet and there is a shared parking spot. Street parking is also fairly easy to find. Rent is $1540 for the room. Utilities are not included in the rent cost but come out to ~$100-150/month for water, trash, internet, electricity, and gas. The room has beautiful windows and a closet.
I would be your housemate, so here is a little bit about me....I have a fun, quirky, and loving 5-year-old calico cat named Cali who lives with me. True to form for a chemistry graduate student, I am a bit of a quiet nerd. I love reading pretty much any sci-fi book, watching Star Trek, and making the occasional Chemistry pun. I am a non-smoker and occasional social drinker. I would love to find a quiet housemate who is a fellow graduate student or working researcher, but am open to living with different types of people.
