We're looking for a personal assistant who can serve as a force multiplier for our CEO.
We are looking for an individual who is:
• Scrupulous/detail-oriented
• Can navigate a quickly-changing environment, flexible to work around shifting schedules
• Is quick, efficacious, and humble
• Is persistent and creative when it comes to getting things done, will always find a way
• Superior organization skills: Great at creating the kernel of organization in a chaotic environment
• Can show up in person in Menlo Park, CA on short notice (or lives nearby)
• Can navigate ambiguous tasks with ease to deliver a helpful outcome; great at working independently with little direction
• Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right
