My group house has 3 rooms opening up! Great for a small group or individuals looking to move to a quaint spot off campus.
Move-in dates range from late June through August 1st and are between 1099 and 1293 per month.
Some details:
- There are 4 total bedrooms in the house (3 rooms in the house will be available) and 2 bathrooms, plus a separate single unit attached (converted garage).
- This house is in a prime spot near the Willows. It is close to the 101, but it still quiet. It is a residential, 15-20 minute bike ride to campus.
- Zoe cafe is a cute cafe with great pizza just a 5 minute walk away.
- We have a great backyard with a little fire pit - perfect for hosting get togethers.
- The single unit and one room will be filled with 2 awesome roommates who are sticking around.
- Laundry and dishwasher in unit.
- gas/electric and wifi are separate. We do NOT pay for water! <3
