I want to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Rains. My roommate is lively and kind. I'll be traveling from August 2 to September 22. I am looking for someone to sublet my room for part or all of the time. The monthly rent will be $1500. If you are interested in the full period, I will be glad to negotiate between $2400 and $2700. The unit is on the 2nd floor, fully furnished, with a friendly roommate, and windows look out to the beautiful lawn.
