• Location: Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Safe and calm neighborhood. Only 30 minutes from San Francisco, 20 minutes to Stanford, and a 5-minute walk to the San Carlos Caltrain station.
• House Details:
o 2-story furnished home with a nice balcony (caution, room unfurnished)
o 3 bathrooms (2 newly renovated)
o Spacious living room with a fireplace
o Cozy living room and office space for working from home
o In-unit washer and dryer
o Outdoor spaces: deck with 3 barbecue grills and patio with plenty of plants
• Kitchen:
o Fully furnished kitchen with 3 fridges, 2 wine fridges, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, gas oven with stovetop, air fryer/mini electric oven, lots of cabinet space, and a large counter
o Shared items: espresso machine, kitchen aid, pressure cookers, pans, utensils, etc.
• Garage:
o Storage space for bikes, motorcycles, home cinema/gaming room, or DIY projects (shared tools available)

About Us:
• Currently, we are 4 people (2 males, 2 females), 3 French and one US citizen, all around our 30s
• 2 of us work at Stanford (School of Medicine), and the other 2 are professionals (data engineer and IT)
• We are foodies who enjoy cooking and sharing meals occasionally, DIY projects, playing/learning music (keyboard, guitar, and violin), and playing games (board games and video games)
We are easygoing and looking for a nice, mature, and responsible person to join our household long-term. If you think you might fit in, please come visit us!
Lease Details:
• Rent: $1,790 (approximately $1,885 including all utilities)
• Utilities: ~ $95/month/person (PGE, water, WiFi, etc.)
