Hi! I'm subletting my room starting August 1st until the end of the lease on August 31st since I'm moving to the east coast. The room is on the second floor along with two other rooms occupied by my lovely roommates who are working professional women in their late 20's. They are friendly and quiet people. The room comes with a bathroom that will be shared between you and one of the roommates. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor that can be used. The kitchen and very spacious living room are on the first floor and are fully furnished. My plan was to leave the room unfurnished but I can also sell my furniture to you at a low price!

The house is an 8 min walk from the Caltrain, 10 min walk from downtown Menlo Park (Trader Joe's and coffee shops) and around a 15 min bike to Stanford. The rent will be $1,326.1. I'm attaching pictures of the house and room as it was unfirnished but can provide photos of how it looks furnished upon request!
