Hi! I'm a PhD student currently searching for off-campus housing for my husband and I starting on August 1 (or late July). Preferably 2 bedroom and close to campus-- Palo Alto or Menlo Park, nowhere further.

We need it to be unfurnished and okay with cats. (Ours is declawed by prev. owners and has never caused any damage in rentals)

Budget: $3000-$4000(max)
