Looking for a female roommate to fill a room in my Noe Valley apartment starting August 1st! Cross streets are 23rd St and Grand View. The neighborhood is super quiet, safe, lots of young families, and 24th street has cute shops and cafes. 20-30 minute walk to Mission neighborhood for more things to do as well. It's a top floor unit with 1 shared garage spot but also very easy street parking. There's a few bus stops a block or two away.
I'm also open to apartment hunting for other 2 or 3 bedroom units in the Castro, Duboce, and Inner Sunset neighborhoods for mid July-August 1st move in!
About me: I graduated from Stanford undergrad in 2023 and have been working in biotech in south SF for the past year. I work with yeast genetics in the lab and use microbes to ferment kombucha at home. I also like running in golden gate park, picnicking/volleyball in Dolores, going to local indie shows and making music, hopping around crafting mediums, flea markets, outdoor adventures, trying new recipes, and I’m looking to make new friends and community in a living situation. I have a basil plant and a cat named Sylvie and she’s very lowkey and quiet, but friendly to new people. LGBTQ+ friendly :)
