I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, and friendly female to sublease my room until July 14th. ($260 per week). I'll cover the utilities, which cost around $100.

The house has five rooms in total and is quite big. Everyone works during the day, so the common spaces are almost always unoccupied. You'd share a bathroom with two roommates (both female), but they will be traveling during the last week of June and possibly in July. The two other rooms are on the other side of the house, and they have a separate bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can use our shared cooking equipment. The house also has a laundry room, which has a washing machine and a dryer.

Stanford campus is a 20-minute bike ride and a 10-minute drive. The house is also a 5-minute walk to Grocery Outlet and a 7-minute drive(25-minute walk) to the San Antonio shopping center (Trader Joe's, Walmart, Target, Safeway, Whole Foods). There is also a bus stop near the house (22, 522, and Stanford Shopping Express). The house is located on Tennessee Lane, Palo Alto.
